The condition typically lasts from 4 to 6 hours, though it can last up to 24 hours. TGA episodes may be triggered by various factors like temperature changes, physical exertion, or strong emotions. Although TGA can be distressing, some patients find that after the event, they feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
