The HALO Platform helps customers manage their contracted point solutions in one place, whether they are part of Solera’s network or their own contracted solutions. Employees and members can access all benefits through a web-based interface that directs them to the correct point solution. Solera aims to reduce the friction to care and cost by providing virtual options for costly and challenging conditions. The expansion comes at a time when many employers and payers are struggling with point solution fatigue and managing digital health solutions.
