Hunter-gatherers embrace social connections and living in small communities, eat what nature offers in a predominantly plant-based diet, and are continually active. Studies suggest that mimicking these practices may help improve health. There are many small changes we can make to be healthier including socializing, focusing on getting more plants in our diet, and moving more often. These changes can improve mental well-being and increase our overall health and longevity.
