Patients See First Savings From Biden’s Drug Price Push, as Pharma Lines Up Its Lawyers

The act also represents a significant overhaul for the U.S. drug marketplace. However, there have been responses from pharmaceutical companies including lawsuits to stop negotiation over drug prices. Additionally, other legislation and efforts from the Biden administration aim to complement current efforts to lower drug prices.
