The Asthma Society of Ireland celebrated its fiftieth anniversary, urging the country to take asthma more seriously. The society reflected on its achievements with contributions from respiratory physicians Prof Marcus Butler and Prof Patrick Mitchell, and international rugby coach Ronan O’Gara. They called for greater awareness and support for those with asthma in Ireland.
