Sweden has exceeded these targets, with 96 percent diagnosed, 99 percent receiving treatment, and 98 percent with undetectable virus levels. The success of this study highlights Sweden’s effective infrastructure for HIV diagnosis and treatment. Researchers stress the importance of ongoing efforts, including research towards an HIV cure.
