Guidehouse, a management consulting company, is partnering with HIMSS to assess Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) public health information using the Digital Health Indicator (DHI). The assessment will measure data governance, predictive analytics, interoperability, and person-enabled health within the DHSS. Guidehouse will gather input from stakeholders and DHSS leaders to determine strengths and areas for improvement. This partnership reflects a larger trend of using the DHI to drive digital health transformation, as seen in Taiwan and South Korea. The goal is to enhance the digital health maturity landscape in Missouri and improve population health.
