There is a growing prevalence of marijuana use during pregnancy, despite known associations with neonatal complications. Another study found no significant link between cannabis use and infertility. Researchers emphasized the need for healthcare providers to discuss marijuana use with pregnant patients and provide information on the risks associated with it.
