The BMA’s Northern Ireland Consultants Committee has negotiated a new pay offer for consultants, urging members to vote in favor. The offer includes a 5.26% average increase backdated to March 2024, in addition to the 6% already awarded in the 2023-24 Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ pay.
