Royal Philips has launched the Philips Avent Premium Connected Baby Monitor with SenseIQ technology for tracking sleep, breathing, and translating baby cries. The monitor includes a camera, parent unit, and mobile app for viewing the baby without wearable devices. It uses AI to interpret cries and sends notifications to parents if the baby is in distress. The parent unit has a range of over 400 yards and a five-inch screen. In addition, Royal Philips has introduced AI-enabled advanced visualization workspace and received funding for its AI-enabled Lumify Ultrasound System. The company also partners with Nuvo Group for remote pregnancy monitoring in rural areas.
