A 68-year-old woman from the UK, Sheila Tooth, is thankful for AI technology that detected cancerous cells in her breast tissue that were missed by doctors during a mammogram. Despite reassurances from radiologists that there were no signs of cancer, AI technology at University Hospitals Sussex found the cancerous cells.
