Time-restricted eating, which involves fasting for several hours, has shown promise in reducing blood glucose levels and helping with weight loss, mood, blood pressure, and sleep. A six-month study involving 52 diabetic patients revealed that time-restricted eating was as effective as traditional dietary advice in improving glycemic control. However, it may not be suitable for everyone, and consulting a healthcare professional is recommended before making any dietary changes.
