However, only a small number of people with severe Covid-19 received an MS diagnosis. The study also indicates that the connection between Covid-19 severity and MS risk may become clearer in the years following the pandemic. Early diagnosis of MS is crucial for better treatment outcomes, and researchers emphasize the importance of vaccinations to prevent infections.
