Perelel, a women’s health company, has acquired LOOM, an educational platform for reproductive health, sexual wellness, and parenting. LOOM offers courses, articles, and community support, transitioning from in-person workshops to a digital platform with a subscription model. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, and Erica Chidi, co-founder and CEO of LOOM, is joining Perelel as a strategic advisor. Both companies share a goal of improving women’s health education. Perelel plans to incorporate LOOM’s content into its existing platform to support women throughout their reproductive health journey. The acquisition aligns with the increasing focus on women’s health research and education.
