A meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the association between TLR10 rs10004195 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. After reviewing eight studies with a total of 5,144 individuals, it was found that individuals with the AA genotype at the TLR10 rs10004195 locus had a higher risk of H. pylori infection. This information could be valuable for assessing the risk of H. pylori infection in healthy individuals and providing personalized health guidance based on their genetic profile. This study highlights the potential importance of genetic factors in determining susceptibility to H. pylori infection.
