David B. Thordarson, MD, has been named president of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society for 2024 to 2025. He will also serve on the board of directors for the Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Foundation. Thordarson, who currently serves as chief of the division of foot and ankle surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, expressed his honor and commitment to promoting the organization’s success. As president, he aims to further the mission of providing top-notch educational content, supporting research, and medical missions through the foundation.
