Health Catalyst acquired Lumeon, a care management automation startup, to enhance revenue and reduce staff workload. Health Catalyst plans to integrate Lumeon’s Care Orchestration technology into their AI and analytics platform. The acquisition will also allow Health Catalyst to expand into the UK market. In addition, Health Catalyst has announced partnerships with Contexture and South Dakota Health Link to improve health data interoperability. The company reported positive financial results for the second quarter of 2024, with increased revenue and net new platform subscription clients. Health Catalyst aims to enable data-informed healthcare improvement and transform clinical care through these strategic initiatives.
