Patients preferred the cream over foam for factors such as skin shininess, stickiness, ease of application, moisturization, and overall satisfaction. Although not statistically significant, more patients preferred the cream formulation for both body and scalp. The researchers concluded that using Cal/BDP cream instead of foam may lead to better adherence and therapeutic outcomes. High patient satisfaction can positively influence treatment adherence and outcomes.
