NHS England is conducting a two-year review of adult gender dysphoria clinics to address concerns raised by clinicians during the Cass review of gender identity services for under 18s. The review, which will begin in September, will be led by David Levy with support from expert clinicians, patients, and stakeholders. It aims to explore the clinical practices and model of care for gender dysphoria clinics. The review will also involve representatives from the Care Quality Commission, royal colleges, and professional bodies.
