Global healthcare AI platform Ubie and the American Kidney Fund are collaborating to enhance Ubie’s AI symptom checker for kidney disease detection, aiming to speed up treatment for patients. Ubie’s AI is trained on research papers and analyzed by a physician review panel, predicting 1,100 diseases. The partnership will involve AKF providing patients with known kidney disease causes to help refine Ubie’s symptom checker for kidney disease diagnosis. Ubie plans to analyze patient data to improve the accuracy of its algorithm. By incorporating the patient voice into the AI platform, Ubie hopes to improve care guidance. The collaboration aims to shorten the time to correct diagnosis for kidney disease patients.
