Additionally, HIQA completed inspections of centers for people with disabilities and nursing homes, issuing warning letters to non-compliant service providers. The report also mentioned changes made to the registration of designated centers in order to ensure the safety and welfare of residents. HIQA also conducted surveys on end-of-life care and digital health services.
