Patients can review doctor bios, watch video interviews, and schedule appointments, aiming to provide quality care no matter the location or payment method. HealthTap has also partnered with Samsung to provide virtual healthcare through smart TVs, and launched an AI-powered patient interview experience called Dr.A.I. Additionally, they have partnered with Health Gorilla to access patients’ medical records. The company’s goal is to expand access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.
