SHEA Spring conference, organized by the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, is scheduled to take place from April 16 to 19 in Houston. The theme for this year is “The Future is Now: Implementing Change through People, Policy and Technology”. The conference will focus on emerging issues in health care epidemiology, antibiotic stewardship, long-term care, research methods, clinical microbiology, patient safety, quality, implementation science, and COVID-19. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in networking events and a service project to assemble “superhero kits” for children with chronic illnesses.
