Participants on the high-fat, low-carb diet experienced a 30% reduction in psychiatric symptoms and a 10% decrease in weight. The study included 21 participants taking psychotropic medications, with significant improvements in metabolic markers and overall health. Adherence to the keto diet correlated with better outcomes, suggesting a potential link between metabolic health and mental well-being.
