The healthcare investor conference MedCity INVEST, scheduled for May 20-21 at the Willis Tower in Chicago, will spotlight strategic priorities for health systems at a time when many face uncertainty amidst dramatic changes at HHS and with government funding at risk.
A panel discussion on the strategic priorities of health systems, sponsored by HealthSnap, will highlight perspectives from providers and healthtech vendors who will discuss how to achieve the Quadruple Aim in healthcare.
HealthSnap CEO Samson Magid, who is also a panelist for this discussion, explained that the future of how healthcare organizations help manage chronic conditions hinges on delivering proactive, patient-centered care at scale.
“Health systems are under immense pressure to reduce avoidable utilization, improve outcomes for patients with chronic conditions, and unlock new revenue streams, all without overburdening their clinical teams,” Magid said. “That’s exactly where we come in. Our virtual care management platform aligns directly with these strategic priorities by enabling systems to scale reimbursable remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs, integrated into existing workflows, and built to drive both clinical and financial performance.”
