Minerva (BMJ 2023;383:p2761 doi:10.1136/bmj.p2761) reported a UK register of cardiac arrests during anesthesia found 881 cases in a 12-month period, with an incidence of three arrests per 100,000 anesthesia. However, the correct incidence is three arrests in 10,000 anesthesia. The article has been corrected.
