Austin Monthly’s Top Doctors

We have ah-mazing doctors. Each and every one of them is recognized regularly for their valuable contributions to the local, national, and international medical communities.

The most meaningful is when our team receives recognition from right here at home in Austin. For this reason, we are exceptionally proud to have a pair of our own recently named to Austin Monthly magazine’s listing of Top Doctors for 2018.

The current January issue includes Dr. Jeffrey Kane and Dr. Karen Keough as two of the three outstanding child neurology specialists in town.

Both Dr. Kane and Dr. Keough hold a special interest in treating epilepsy. Dr. Kane also has a focus on neurophysiology, and Dr. Keough is known for her expertise in managing complicated refractory epilepsy. Additionally, they each serve on the faculty at the Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, and have volunteered their time extensively to treat young patients in Africa.
