The online groups are anonymous and facilitated by a psychotherapist. Any adult in Ireland can sign up for these services on Turn2Me.ie. The support groups take place at 5pm most days during Christmas week, focusing on specific topics such as Christmas blues, family issues, bereavement, and feeling alone. Turn2Me CEO Fiona O’Malley encourages those struggling to sign up for the free support groups, which are available on the Turn2Me.ie website.
