Patients can scan a QR code on PatientPoint’s screens to join relevant online communities for support and information. The partnership aims to empower patients in making informed healthcare decisions and managing their conditions. A pilot program with patients suffering from obesity or diabetes showed strong engagement. PatientPoint’s merger with Outcome Health in 2021 and collaboration with the AMA in 2019, along with MyHealthTeams’ creation of networks for long COVID and MS patients, demonstrate a commitment to improving health outcomes through technology.
