PATHs exist globally to advance the health of TGD individuals, with organizations such as WPATH providing clinical guidelines. PATHI will focus on providing evidence-based, person-centred care by developing guidelines, training, and resources for healthcare professionals. The organization will also advocate for policy changes to improve gender-affirming healthcare in Ireland, addressing the current lack of accessibility and quality of care.
