I Will Always Be a Runner Even on Days When I Can’t Run

At the age of 7, Alison Feller was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, a chronic illness that she had to learn to manage throughout her life. Despite the challenges, she found solace in running and eventually made a career out of it through her podcast, “Ali On The Run.” Through her struggles with Crohn’s flares and the need for constant access to bathrooms, she has learned to adapt and accept the unpredictable nature of the disease.
